Better Connections is proud to call the Territory home and is headquartered in Darwin. Our story is one of determination, passion and a deep commitment to serving our community. Founded by local Territorian Amanda with over a decade in community services came from the desire to meet the need for truly local, personalised disability supports. What began as her vision has grown into a passionate, values-driven team dedicated to delivering compassionate care across the Top End. Together, we’re proud to support our community with integrity, respect, and genuine connection. We are proud to be a locally owned and operated NDIS Registered Provider, offering a wide range of services provided by dedicated and passionate support workers.
Our team is the heart of what we do. Each member brings unique skills and experience—working together to deliver personalised, compassionate supports that assists people with disability and their loved ones live their best life.
As an NDIS Registered Provider, we provide an array of supports across all age groups of NDIS participants including, self, plan and agency-managed NDIS participants. But it’s more than just services—it’s about making a real difference.

Supported Independent Living
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is a key support category under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It is designed to assist individuals with a disability to live as independently as possible in a shared living arrangement. Our SIL services aim to provide a supportive and inclusive environment where participants can develop essential life skills, increase their independence, and actively participate in their community.
NDIS Support
Provide support with daily tasks, in home care, and community access.
Respite - Short-Term Accommodation
Provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for participants.
Skills Building Programs
Offers a variety of programs that enhance life skills, promote social interaction, and provide opportunities to meet others with similar interests.
